Corporation has provided engineering and surveying services for a
variety of Commercial developments.
These projects have included several retail centers,
modification of an existing mall, several self storage
buildings, expansion of an existing car dealership,
structural design of a new 3 story motel, civil and structural design of several
gas stations, conversion of existing building to a bank
building and topographic survey and site
civil design of several residential properties.
The
projects have included design of structures using concrete, steel, cold
formed steel and wood. Performed structural calculations by hand and
computer programs such as RISA 3D and STAAD
Pro.
Civil calculations were performed using Hydraflow and TR55. Performed complete design with preparation of Construction Drawings
and Specifications.
